Yes, they are safe. Fragrance oils consist of many aromatic ingredients. Some are made naturally and others synthetically. Natural fragrances are extracted from plants or flowers and synthetic fragrances are manufactured from man-made materials

It depends on the size, type of wax & how many wicks the candle is made with, my candles can burn anywhere from 10-24 hours depending on size.
